The following photos of an unusual bear were taken by Tom and Paulette Sheldon near Bella Coola on August 30th, 2008. The concensus seems to be that this is a Kermode Bear, possibly with mange. Click on the photos to enlarge. Contact us.
RANGE EXTENSION FOR GOPHER SNAKE IN BC--2007
Shawn Hilton reports a confirmed sighting of a Gopher Snake in Yale, BC. Shawn says "This is a considerable range expansion southward from the Lytton area. It is unlikely to be the extirpated coastal sub-species."
