contains two appendices with figures and tables. Appendix A: Channel cross sections. Appendix B: Calculating the gravel budget
- Appendix C: Atlas of channel change. This appendix has been broken into two files: C1 and C2. C1 has the text and figures 1 to 9 and is 69Mbyte. C2 has figures 10 to 16 and is 86Mbyte. Figures are linked in the document, but accessing figures 10 to 16 opens the other file.
