The Biodiversity Education website is currently in development. The focus of the site is to provide biodiversity-related activities and material for teachers and students of all ages in British Columbia that interlinks with our three biodiversity websites: E-Flora BC, E-Fauna BC and the Biodiversity of BC.
As it develops, the site will include curriculum-based K-12 lesson plan activities for teachers in BC as well as self-learning material for students, community groups and others.
Our first lesson plan activity on the Fungi Kingdom, for grade 8, is now available.
Our supplemental activity on Citizen Science is now available.
